Darrius Jerome Gourdine is a 1992 graduate of Howard University and co-owner of the Washington, D.C. based graphic design firm, Artisan Blue / LSG. Darrius founded Artisan Blue in 1997 with partner Paul Woodruff under the name Designs Dot Com. The name Artisan Blue was selected in 2005. The company formed a joint venture, Artisan Blue/LSG, with Lighthouse Strategic Group (LSG) in 2010. > more

Johnathan is a recent graduate of the Art Institute of Washington located in Rosslyn, Virgina. Johnathan is a multi-talented illustrator, graphic designer, art director and web developer. He also designs and markets a line of custom apparel.

Project Management, Artisan Blue/LSG
Miriam is a graduate of Hampton University, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. In addition to project management, Miriam she is active in business development, client correspondence, and business administration. Her educational background and focus on organization development, strategic planning, and marketing, combine with her experience in sales and customer service to enable Miriam to serve as an asset to clients whose challenges include organizational management.

To gain experience with larger clients, Paul began working for several consulting design firms in the Washington area, eventually accepting a position with the Washington office of Arnold Worldwide. After forming Shermanvision, Paul has developed many interactive projects for high-profile clients such as The Discovery Channel, WonderMedia, and The Retired Military Officers Association. In a career that has spanned more than 20 years, he has designed user interfaces, Internet banner advertising and provided multi-scale HTML/JavaScript coding and editing on several different platforms. > more

This prior life includes an extended run of almost 30 years as a Senior Vice President/Group Creative Director, Copywriter and Art Director at 4As ad agencies Arnold Worldwide, DDB Needham, J. Walter Thompson and what is now Saatchi & Saatchi. > more
