Lisa Baldwin

Lisa brings more than 17 years of marketing and operations to Lighthouse clients as a corporate client and an advertising agency account manager. In fact, Lisa's relationship with her fellow Lighthouse team members began as the client at SAP America and continued when she went to Best Software. Her extensive experience includes the preparation and oversight of dynamic, integrated marketing and advertising materials that increase brand awareness, provide consistent lead generation and maximize return on marketing investments.
From April 2001 to October 2003, Lisa served as the Director of Corporate Marketing for Best Software. Lisa directed the implementation and execution of all marketing activities, including direct marketing, corporate and vertical advertising, corporate and industry-specific events, channel marketing programs, Web site design, PR programs, collateral development, and market research analysis. She also supervised all planning details for "Conquest", Best Software's Annual Business Partner Conference.
In addition to driving strategic direction for all executive and product breakout sessions, creating campaigns to promote attendance, managing all logistical details for on-site events and maintaining the overall program budget for initiatives like the Annual Business Partner Conference, Lisa developed and maintained Bestís overall corporate marketing budget and assisted with development of product marketing budgets.
From July 2000 to April 2001, Baldwin & Associates specialized in managing marketing activities for start-up technology firms, including direct mail, PR, and advertising, specifically designed to quickly establish presence in selected industries and generate sales leads. Lisa's efforts helped build and launch Partner Marketing Programs for Eyecast, Inc. with larger, established security companies and partner and PR/advertising programs for eCharity.com, an online donation portal. Baldwin and Associates also designed marketing research programs for SmartBen, an online employee benefits system, to determine viability of system in selected industries.
From February 1996 to June 2000, Lisa was the Director of Advertising, North America for SAP America, one of the worldís largest software companies. There, Lisa represented the Americas as part of a global marketing team comprised of 40 countries. Lisa and her staff successfully managed brand awareness for SAP by developing integrated marketing campaigns consisting of TV, print, radio, Internet, and direct marketing elements. And Lisa was a key member of the corporate team that organized SAPPHIRE, SAP's Annual User Conference for over 15,000 customers, prospects and partners. Lisa managed an advertising budget of $150 million for SAP's U.S. campaign, working closely with all industry-specific sales groups, professional services, the competitive intelligence group, and customer satisfaction teams to achieve integration among all areas of the business.
As part of a career that included positions with Ketchum Advertising in Pittsburgh, Earle Palmer Brown, Bethesda, Fallon McElligott, Minneapolis, and Chiat/Day, Inc, of Los Angeles, Lisa managed a variety of major accounts, including Digital Equipment, Nationwide Insurance, Westinghouse, Maryland Tourism, Timex, Amoco, and Nissan.
