Renard Marable Business Development bernie@lighthousestrategicgroup.com Renard, or Bernie, as he is more commonly known, is a key component in Lighthouse Strategic Group's growth strategy. As the president of Premier Consultants International, Inc., a full-service, disabled veteran-owned management consulting firm, Bernie partners with Lighthouse to identify new opportunities and provide benefit to clients of both companies. Premier specializes in providing business development and marketing services to small businesses, federal government agencies, and government contractors with a particular focus on firms participating in the Small Business Administration's 8(a) program, disadvantaged, veteran- and women-owned firms. The Premier/Lighthouse partnership has helped Premier too better focus on supporting Premier's clients, managers, and staff members by providing them with the resources that they need to find and capture new business. The partnership also supports companies that are seeking to expand current business operations. The firm is dedicated to providing the highest levels of support for our clients. Bernie extensive leadership and managerial experience is the result of completed a successful career as an Army officer. He has held a wide variety of command and staff positions including serving as a Battalion Commander in the 82nd Airborne Division, as the Executive Assistant on the Army staff for the Assistant Chief of Staff for Installation Management, the Pentagon and as the City Manager for Fort Lewis, WA. He retired as a Colonel in 1998, and began work in the private sector. Bernie has an MS Degree in National Resource Strategy from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces, Washington, DC; MS Degree in Public Administration, University of Missouri, Columbia, MO; and a BS Degree in Political Science, Fayetteville State University, Fayetteville, NC.
